Job Description

We are creating a video for the annual meeting of the national board of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation that will be shown to excite the board about their work over the past year and thank them for their hard work.

Gary Sinise recently loaned his voice for a similar project, but this script is different. We aren't looking for an impersonation, but having a similar style and tone would be excellent. We're looking for that intentional drama and gravitas his voice conveys.

This is a short-ish turnaround, so we are looking for someone with their own recording capabilities who can deliver a full resolution edited file. We find that if you know how to process your voice the best, we don't need to reinvent that wheel. We can accept .wav or .aiff files.

I prefer to dial in, even if that just means listening on your speakerphone while you record. That way I can provide any direction and avoid back and forth of files and notes. We shouldn't need a long session as the script is short. The script, as of now, is right around 200 words. 219 with stage directions.

Please send a sample read so we can hear your take on the Sinise approach. Thank you.
