This brief overview of our Recruiter Development Program will assist you in understanding your responsibilities as a BizLink recruiter.

Terms

BizLink – company which contracts with Recruiters to provide interested small business owners and self-employed individuals connection to opportunity and growth through business promotion programs.

Distribution Sales Associate (DSA) - is the job title of the position which fulfills the task of distributing promotional advertising. Employer Group – is a generic term for the company that employs a DSA; through the hiring process DSAs will be provided the name of the employer group offering employment.

RECRUITING Packet – electronic package of recruiting related materials provided to Recruiters to distribute to DSA candidates. This is a “client’s” initial introduction to our offering.

NEW EMPLOYEE Packet – electronic package of payroll, benefits, employee handbook, and other documents related to employment sent by Human Resources to DSA candidates that are qualified for employment.

A small business owner or self-employed individual is provided marketing and advertising services to promote his/her business as well as BizLink affiliates. From the Employer Group

By completing job duties of distributing materials for promotion, DSAs receive a monthly salary as well as the opportunity to elect group employee benefits like medical, dental, and life coverage. *(as provided by a specific employer group)

DSA Candidates

Below is a list of characteristics YOU should be looking for in potential DSAs.

Ensure that candidates:

Are a small business owner OR

Are self-employed in a viable business

Possess a sincere desire to promote their business

Have a strong commitment to actively engage in ongoing promotion of their business.

Recruiter Compensation

BizLink recruiters are compensated for every recruited, hired client. A BizLink recruiter is compensated $40 for each recruited, hired client each month for the term of the clients contract with BizLink.

Recruiter fees are recurring each month i.e., BizLink contracts and our employer groups hire 200 clients recruited by you over the next 12 months; Your recurring monthly income will be $8,000!
