Job Description

I need to have about 25 prompts for PBX announcements recorded. Each prompt is typically one sentence (e.g: please enter your pin number), but some are longer (e.g Thank you for calling. If you know the extension of the person you wish to reach, you can enter it now.) I can give exact sentences after receiving your estimated quote. I suppose you may quote by number of words or length of sentence. Please let us know if you will be giving us each prompt as a separate file, or one single file then we have to edit by ourselves (prefer whichever that is less expensive). The work is to be used only for our company.


This is not final, but close. Some minor changes may be made.
1. "Thank you for calling ioYum. If you know the extension of the party you wish to reach, you may enter it at any time. If you're a customer, press 1. If you're our participating restaurant, press 2. For all others, press 3 or stay on the line."
2. "Please enter your PIN number."
