Job Description

This is the first spot for a local used car shop that is opening up in South Jordan, UT. If the spot goes well we will use the same voice and feel for the next several months or year. The tagline for the lot is "Feel Good Again" and that's the feel I want for the radio spot. It needs to feel like a back-in-time 1950's era salesy dealership spot - with energy and excitement. We want this to really stand out and sound different from all the other used car ads in the market (yell sale stuff and GM doing their own commercial stuff). We don't want it insincere but we do want it to be a little different. Let the spot take them to a better time. A time when they could trust their dealer, when driving was an exciting experience, when they felt good about being behind the wheel.

If you have the ability to produce the commercial with background and music to really go with the spot - if you have a great idea for it, go for that. If not we can do that if you provide a .wav file.

I put a trans-atlantic accent on here because that matches the old-timey feel. But that might be too much. I'll have to hear it to decide but West coast US is how most people sound around here.
