If you haven’t heard of the Highriders Challenge before, Sit Down and Hang On and let us take you through HRC which is quickly becoming Canada’s premiere off-road event

July 1st and 2nd 2007 marks the 8th year of the Highriders Challenge which began as a 4 wheel drive club event run primarily as a fund raiser. The event's management has advanced to a much more professional level and has firm commitments to take this event even further.

HRC will see some major changes for next year that will enhance the event even more for sponsors, spectators and competitors. As last year, there will be 2 days of hard-core, off-road stages, as well as the popular closing awards show.

The course is mean, the trucks are even meaner and opportunities for sponsorship and partner promotion has been greatly improved. HRC is in the forefront of the growing off-road event market.

HRC is different than other off-road events for a number of important reasons. It is more spectator friendly, more technically difficult, more physically challenging and attracts only the top off-road competitors. Last year, teams came from across western Canada, proving that distance is no obstacle when it comes to attending an event of this caliber.

Stages are purposely built and designed to challenge different sized vehicles in a number of ways. So a well built, smartly driven smaller vehicle has a chance to beat out the most modified trucks at the event. Driver’s skill, with a little luck, can still decide the winners. This helps explain the popularity of HRC. Crowds arrive in droves to root for their heroes and be entertained at the spectacle of what is HRC.

Nestled in the unique landscape of the Alberta Badlands, The Hidden Valley Motor Sports Park is just minutes from the tourist orientated city of Drumheller. The Park is a full feature facility providing a safe and comfortable environment with clear views of the intense action at all of the special stages.

Where other off-road events have limited appeal and limited facilities for spectators, HRC is a spectator focused event. The event is also designed to provide maximum exposure for sponsors. Sign-boards, banners and vehicle placards are strategically placed to appear in photography and film of the event.

Multi-media exposure is ensured for HRC. Sponsors managers have designed additional opportunities for signage. Notably on our 16x20 Big Screen which will be in clear view throughout the event.

HRC is quickly becoming the biggest, toughest and most significant off-road event on the Canadian 4x4 calendar and organizers recognize that sponsors seek the widest possible coverage for their brand or business.
Our advertising campaign leading to the event includes newsprint, television, radio, flyers, posters, contests, and online promotion.

Apart from the on-site advertising and frequent Public Announcements other significant exposure opportunities are part of the HRC sponsorship package.

Sponsors that sign up early will be featured on the Highriders website and other media. Your sponsorship will be recognized on merchandise sold during and after the event and will receive mention in press releases and publicity material.

PLUS

You will have the opportunity to present your brand, business or service to spectators at the event via show bags and vender showcase booths reaching a qualified and committed audience of thousands all of them devoted four wheel drivers.

The event will be covered and featured by national media outlets. HRC will also be filmed and photographed utilizing the latest in sound and film equipment. Shot in a High Res DVD format and released for sale as soon as possible after the event has been concluded.

People will read, watch, attend or compete in the Highriders Challenge for one reason; it’s the biggest, it’s the best, it’s the toughest event on the Canadian off-road competition calendar. And that’s the reason you should have your business associated with the Highriders Challenge 2007

Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to be part of this awesome event.
