which allow us to spin rims to varying widths, giving greater manufacturing flexibility.

All wheels undergo heat treatment.

We produce all of our tooling in-house and have a well equipped facility which includes high speed CNC Milling Machines.

Our Development Department is equipped with the latest 3D CAD and FEA programs, which enables us to design the optimal wheel profile based on the world best forging techniques.

Although it is common practice now, in 2004 Washi Beam was one of the first companies in Japan to introduce non-chrome pre-treatment before painting.

Our painting line is one of the world’s most modern.

Each wheel sits on a carrier which has a unique chip, this chip talks to the system controller and allows us to paint many different wheels on the same line at the same time.

Attention to detail is everywhere.

In order to ensure that our CASS test results are truly a representative, we purchased one of Europe’s leading testing cabinets.

Quality and achievements by Washi Beam in Formula 1 and other top segments have been acknowledged and currently, many of car manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, and Japanese automobile manufacturers adopt Washi Beam made wheels onto their prestigious models.
