Job Description

The requested read is for a local public library that is soon to be moving its facilities. The goal is to let the community know about all the new things the new space will have to offer, while at the same time reassuring them that all the services they know and love will still be there. It needs to give the overall feeling that its something that is good for the community and will help everyone grow together.

The intended audience is a varied demographic consisting of the community in general. School age children and teens, to parents of children, to adults that depend on services offered by the library.

Overall the tone needs to be calming and reassuring, but also hopeful and with a decent amount of energy. We want to inspire people, not put them to sleep. The energy shouldnt be over the top though either, as we are really trying to evoke emotion from the spot.

Budget is for one spot but there will be at least 4 spots total
