Job Description

## What needs to be done:
We need a male French story narrator/voice actor for our game. We are looking for a male with a deep and serious voice. "Grandfather tells a story to grandson" type of voice. Our story is mysterious and somewhat scary but above all it is an adventure. The majority of what we need is meant for story narration, but we also require 30 seconds of voice acting. That small amount of voice acting is meant for a male person who yells down into a cave (the player fell into the cave, he yells down and asks if the player is ok)

## Length:
Story Narration: Two minutes 18 seconds, divided in 7 bits of story narration. 315 Words.
Voice Acting: 33 Seconds long, divided in two bits of voice acting. 74 Words.

## Specific requirements:
The timing and length should mimic our English version as close as possible, this to make sure that the voice stays in sync with what is going on in the game. Minor differences are acceptable.
We are preferably looking for a "French French", but we are also willing to go with someone from for example Canada too provided the accent is not too strong.

## What we have ready for you:
-The French script.
-The English script plus the English story narration/voice acting as example.
-A video that shows you how the voice acting will be used.

## What we will do for you:
We will process the sound. Clean it up, apply echo and other effects. Etc.

## Format:
Standard wav file. PCM compression. 16 Bit. Mono. 44khz.

## Timeframe for delivery:
As soon as possible. Within 7 days if possible.

Note from Voices.com: It is recommended that you protect all your audition work by watermarking the submission or only recording a portion of the script provided by the client. This will render your audition file useless for anything other than reviewing your voice. Not sure what watermarking is? Please visit our FAQ section for more information.
