Job Description

I need a voice track for an introduction video for a website. The video will be for investors but is designed to promote what looks like an already established website. The website consists mostly of fine art photos and includes a lot of nudes and images of very attractive people both male and female.

I would like the overall vibe to be classy and educated with just a touch of naughty and sexy. A slight touch of a British or European accent might be fun. Based on the bids I get and the costs, I might like to get two versions, one that is more fun and naughty... and another version that his more sophisticated with just a hint of naughty. I'm still choosing between either classical music or something more rocking and fun as the background track.

I'm open to some interpretation. I have a version I recored pretending to be a female voice talent (laughable :). I would be happy to send it over but would like to hear a professional interpretation prior to imposing my vision on how it should sound. I would like to hear your ideas of how it should be, but must reserve the ability to direct.

The voice over will be accompanied by screen shots and graphics that I will match to the final recording. I thought it would be good to have some pregnant pauses between some of the thoughts expressed to allow the graphics to keep pace without hitting the viewer with too many ideas too fast.

I have put... multiple periods into the script in places where I need pauses for the graphics. Two periods.. are short pauses.. while three periods... and four.... are longer pauses. Here too I am open to some professional guidance so that it reads smoothly and is open enough for me to run the visuals.

Basic premise: Classy, educated... with a slight touch of naughty.

Aprox 171 words.

Run time is about 1 minute 30 seconds... give or take.

Note from It is recommended that you protect all your audition work by watermarking the submission or only recording a portion of the script provided by the client. This will render your audition file useless for anything other than reviewing your voice. Not sure what watermarking is? Please visit our FAQ section for more information.
