Job Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: If chosen, the final reading will need to be sent by no later than this Saturday, December 16th, or earlier if possible. A decision will be made by no later than early Friday morning, although it could possibly be earlier. So it will be a quick turnaround, although you will have at least 24 hours to do it.

This project is for a children's play. Looking for a storybook-style narration similar to something like Angela Lansbury, Judi Dench, Michael Hordern, Patrick Stewart, Disney, etc. Something with a bit of class and self-assurance, but also warm and comforting. I'm not sure of an exact model for this, but these notes should give you a general direction. Those of you with similar experience will probably know what to do.

While a British voice is preferred, I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to hearing something with an American accent, if it was still distinguished-sounding (i.e. David Ogden Stiers, Morgan Freeman).

Final file will need to be in WAV format. Thank you!
