Job Description

We are designing a pilates website. It will have a library of pilates videos and we’ll offer monthly subscriptions to the site. We’re feverishly filming and editing the videos on our own, as well as producing the music. We’ll have 12 30-minute videos that require voiceovers in the next month, and then likely 1 30-minute video per week thereafter. We hope that we can continue adding videos on a weekly basis.

Each video would involve 20 minutes or so of voiceover.

Ideally, we’d be looking at $50-$100 per video.

Sample Script:

This exercise is called floating arms.

Start with your feet shoulder width apart. Standing tall and straight, take a deep breath. Always breathe in to start any and all exercises. Remember this basic preparation. Breathe wide and full into the sides of the ribs as though they are umbrellas and you are opening them up.

Inhale to start, on the exhale, draw your navel to your spine. Raise both arms, slowly, out to the side and then up above your head. Feel your shoulder blades gliding down into your back. When your arms are straight above your head, slowly bring them back down to your sides into a resting position.

Now repeat, slowly raising your arms until they point straight above your head. All of your armpit muscles work cooperatively to stabilize the shoulder girdle and protect the joints in their sockets. Now drop your arms back to your sides. As you repeat this exercise, feel your neck long and tall.
