Job Description

We are developing an IVR to enable seniors to call our hotline. The IVR will enable a calling senior to be identified, to be directed to the right sections, to be placed on hold and then to be connected to one our our agents. The IVR will be structured as follows:
1) 16 scripts (such as welcome script, recording permission script etc.)
2) around 500 words in total
3) Average of 32 words per script (shortest script = 8 words; longest script = 50 words)
4) A detailed IVR script flow will be provided upon selection

We are in the process of developing the IVR using auto Text-to-Speech (TTS). This should be completed within the next 3 days. However we feel that TTS (whereby the computer reads the sentences/words with a male/female voice) is a bit too robotic. Therefore we are looking to redo the IVR using a professional human voice - to make the IVR warmer and more human.

Once the IVR TTS is recorded the selected professional voice can use it as a base to record the 16 scripts - this will give you a precise idea about flow etc.

Each script is to be recorded and saved/provided individually in mp3 format (to be confirmed after selection). Of course we will work with you to fine-tune the IVR scripts and flow, as we are opened to any suggestion.

The intellectual property (such as copyright and mp3 files) related to all the recordings you will do for us will solely belong to us at perpetuity, for usage on our GBY website/platform/materials.
