Job Description

We need Spanish voice over for our 17 minute training video for optometrists. The video was originally produced in English three years ago and can be viewed at:

https://youtu.be/hb_eApuWjcI

We need a NATIVE Spanish speaker for this video as this will be viewed by doctors in Mexico, Central and South America. There are many medical terms in the video so we had a doctor record a scratch track for reference on pronunciation. We will give access to a Dropbox download of these audio files to the selected talent. The audio files are broken out by section (there are eleven sections).

We are looking for a warm and inviting voice that is casual yet confident. Due to the linguistic differences between English and Spanish we know that the Spanish version has the potential to be longer which will make it harder to edit using the existing footage so... the read should be done at an efficient pace. We don't want it to feel hurried but the more it can match the length of the English version the better.

This video will be posted to the client's website and YouTube channel. The English version has been viewed about 4,000 times in the past 3 years and we expect the Spanish version will see less views than that.

Please do not submit an audition if you are not a professional. We will filter auditions and remove poor audio submissions before allowing our Spanish speaking doctors to review finalists.

Thank you for considering our project!
