Job Description

We are searching for a talented individual to voice an excerpt from Eugene Biscailuz's personal account of his work with the California Highway Patrol in 1929. This excerpt will be one of the few historical accounts included with many current and recently retired police officers sharing their experiences on the job. The actor must be able to perform as if Biscailuz is recounting his story in a casual conversation, like he is being interviewed in real time rather than reading from a diary.

Eugene W. Biscailuz (March 12, 1883 – May 16, 1969) organized the California Highway Patrol, and later became the 27th Sheriff of Los Angeles County, California, serving in that capacity for 26 years, from 1932 to 1958.
