Job Description

Thanks to all 95 of you who have submitted samples. We're reviewing them today and tomorrow and will have a response/project awarded shortly thereafter. Thanks again. Amazing talent on this site.


We're a video production company producing a video for a real estate brokerage. The real estate brokerage has been rebranding themselves, and video is one way they've been doing it. We need a voice over to narratate portions of a "legacy" or "Core Values" video. Below you'll find a sample of some of the verbiage. This is actually a majority of the script.. There's 2 other parts or so. We don't want it to sound like a machine reading our script, or too stiff or dry. We want excitable, hip, and confidence to ring through. Think Gap, Zappos, APPLE etc.

Voiceover for Core Value section:

With great humility, we celebrate the successes of our past and look forward to the promise of a challenging and exciting future. As we reflect on the Core Values that protect our brand, shape our culture, preserve our history and keep us on a path to create, nurture and maximize real estate relationships through superior service, we are reminded of our long & remarkable legacy.

Verbiage for each Core Value:

Remember that you don’t have to display the entire core value word for word…you can pick up on some of the key words for emphasis.

Be honest. Uphold integrity.

As licensed Realtors, we believe in the fundamental strength of being honest in our business practices. As sales professionals, we faithfully uphold integrity through the actions, principles and values that bind us to the business.

Contribute to our communities.
