Job Description

We are looking for a voiceover artist to narrate an eLearning course for the insurance industry. We are still developing the script, but we expect it to be about 5,000 words and come out to roughly 20-30 minutes of finished audio. We expect to have completed script by 12/17 and will need finished audio by 12/21. This is the first course of what is expected to be 12-15 total courses.

Audience is comprised of employees and customers of our client, which is a market leader in the insurance evaluation and replacement business. They provide a large loss scoping service to take inventory of 100% of the contents on site as a first step in preparing proper compensation.

Please read the below paragraph as a sample:

"After you have reached an agreement with the adjuster regarding the handling of personal property items, briefly meet with the insured to discuss the role of SOS in this process.

You may begin the site inspection with any room, but we suggest that you start with the room of origin. We recommend that you identify and record all large items (such as furniture or appliances) first and then find a central point to start the inspection of each room. This inspection will include opening all drawers, closets, boxes, storage containers, etc. in which items may be located."

Samples that deviate from script above will not be considered.

Voiceover style should be friendly, but not too casual, and intelligent, but not too formal. It should be informational and engaging, but with a natural speaking style.

Note from Voices.com: It is recommended that you protect all your audition work by watermarking the submission or only recording a portion of the script provided by the client. This will render your audition file useless for anything other than reviewing your voice. Not sure what watermarking is? Please visit our FAQ section for more information.
