Job Description

Desired tone:
Authoritative, confident, competent, genuine, sincere, trustworthy, relatable, and reassuring. Leaves the viewer feeling "I trust what this person is telling me."

Tone should not be:
Cheesy, sales-y, perky, excited, hyper, etc.

Overview:
This ~:90 voiceover clip will support a video that proclaims the cold chain industry's commitments to the brands it serves.

The video will be broadcast at an industry expo event, along with being available online; accessed through social media and email campaigns that will drive people to view it.

The video will be a cornerstone piece that supports a campaign all about building trust and the overall value perception from brands we all know and love - brand who all need a trusted partner who will safely shepherd food that needs to be temperature controlled from its point of origin (be it a field a tomato been harvested from, or a packaging center where a pot pie has been assembled), to the warehouse where that food will live until it's transported to a store for purchase.

This video is not promoting a particular company, it is promoting the association of Third-Party Logistics providers (companies) who provide these transportation and storage services.

The reading should feel genuine, sincere, confident, trustworthy, relatable, and reassuring that leaving these tasks to the experts is the right move.

That every company who operates in this field can be trusted to act as an extension of every brand they serve - taking that responsibility seriously and keeping all the food they touch safe for the person who plans on eating it.
