Job Description

Sample debt collection phone calls to customers.
2 voices per call required - CSR Voice: Young Adult, Customer Voice: Young Adult or Middle Age. Gender does not matter.
Preferrable to have a variety of voices in the calls.
Must sound realistic and conversational.
Can provide example from real customer call to demonstrate tone.
18 calls in total. Each call 1-5 min.
Calls cover a variety of situations - customers who've lost their job, are overburdened, angry, etc.
1 sample script attached.
The total play time for the current versions of these recordings is around 60 minutes.
