Job Description

This is a real call with an airline that needs to be recreated for Social Media purposes while maintaining the confidentiality of the caller

A middle aged male executive agreed to buy a First Class ticket for his daughter to visit him in Boston. The daughter lives with the mother in London. The daughter (17 years old) picked the wrong flight and will arrive before visitation time begins.

The exec calls American Airlines for assistance, where he is a CONCIERGE KEY member. CONCIERGE KEY is the HIGHEST LEVEL of service American offers, reserved for flyers spending $250K or more per year.

For his years of patronage, American tells him the daughter bought a $7,500 NON CHANGEABLE ticket. So, he needs to throw this ticket in the garbage and buy a new one. The error was reported within days and the EXEC only wants to change and pay a penalty/fare difference. NOT buy a new ticket...Hence the call

This is a sample ..The total script is 1700 words
