Job Description

We are developing an internal training tool for the Apollo Group's IT Service Desk software. The training consists of a scripted tutorial web site with screenshots and instructions, and a duplicate video tutorial utilizing the same screenshots and a slightly modified script. Apollo Group employees will use the tutorial site and videos to learn how to request assistance from IT. The stylistic goal is to make the Service Desk software feel approachable utilizing a relaxed, conversational script and voiceover. The attached script is the web site script. The final voice script will be slightly modified to better suit the video medium.
