To communicate effectively, we have to consider each party involved in the transaction. The client, listing agent, selling agent, Title Company, appraiser and your mortgage team are all integral to a smooth transaction. We knew that communicating with each party would be no easy task so we developed an internal system to ensure this type of communication is an effective reality during each transaction.

Updates are done at each major stage in the home-buying process including contract received, appraisal ordered, appraisal received, file submitted to underwriting, credit approval, full approval, loan documents ordered/sent to title and loan funded.

We also track the following communications to ensure they happen during each and every transaction.
