Job Description

We are casting the characters of Bob and Jim for a radio commercial for a mortgage company. We are looking for believable, conversational, and slightly quirky voices for the two roles, but nothing too out there.

$200 per role

Here is the script:
SFX: Park walla

Bob: Lemonade here! Get your ice-cold lemonade!

Jim: Bob?

Bob: Hey, Jim. How are ya, man. Want an ice-cold lemonade?

Jim: Bob, why are you selling lemonade out here in the park?

Bob: Just trying to make some extra bucks to pay off my closing costs at the bank. Fixed-rates are back in the fours, so I need to refinance now, before they go back up.

Jim: How much are your closing costs?

Bob: Thirty-five hundred bucks. I gotta looooot of lemonade to sell.

Jim: Why don’t you just call 1-800-EAST WEST? I refinanced with them last month for a one-time, five hundred dollar closing fee.

Bob: Really? What about attorney fees?

Jim: Covered.

Bob: Appraisal fee?

Jim: Covered.

Bob: Title insurance, title exam and processing fees.

Jim: Covered. Covered. Covered. 1-800-EAST WEST will cover all your closing costs for a one-time, five hundred dollar fee. And…they have fixed-rates in the fours!

Bob: Cool. Now I can even quit my paper route.
