Style: Please be relaxed, conversational, professional, but not corporate. You represent the company asking these questions. You really do care about their answers. You really will take action if they make a suggestion. Your voice conveys a real desire to hear from the customers. While you sound professional, you don't sound overly serious. You sound light-hearted.
Details: This script is for a telephone-based survey that customers will take shortly after leaving a store. Respondents will be able to answer freely. There are 370 words and it takes about 2 minutes total to read out loud. There are 3 sections. The introduction, the actual questions and a closing. They should all sound like they go together to the person responding. Please leave pauses in between the sections and questions so we can slipt them.
