RESCUECOM’s policy on tech unavailability is as follows: In order mark yourself unavailable to receive service calls you must do so at least three days in advance. If you already have service calls scheduled for the time you are seeking to be blocked off, your request cannot be accommodated, you must service those customers. Please do not attempt to block yourself for same day or next day. Short notice time off requests have an enormous negative impact on RESCUECOMs business, hurting our image with customers by breaking appointments and promises. Whether this is an emergency and you need time off immediately or this is time off needed in advance, please contact your local franchisee.
