Northwest Emergency Mobile Communications (NEMC) is an organization that provides communication support during emergency operations (ie. search and rescue, natural disasters) to emergency first responders, government agencies, and various emergency agencies.

NEMC is looking to create a series of telephone menus for it's dispatch center. The audience ranges from government officials, law enforcement and emergency personnel, to members of the public and the media.

The voice needs to be calm and clear as many calls to this center will be during emergency situations. Any audio format is acceptable. NEMC plans to trial a few voices performing the first basic menu. A final selection will be made shortly afterwards.
