Job Description

I am building an automotive voice library for a project that I have created and I am looking for a professional voiceover who can build this voice library for me.
This voice library will be a collection of individual portions of sentences that I will be combining together to create a full automotive script.
I am sending a sample script for the voice library so I would appreciate it if you would take a look at the attachment.
The attachment is an excel spreadsheet with multiple tabs at the bottom of the page which you can toggle through.
All tabs that have s1 in the name means they will all be part of the same sentence.
The same goes for s2, s3, s4, s5, and s6 tabs. For example, s1-1 would be the first part of sentence one, s1-2 would be the second part, and so on.
Since this voice library is a collection of only parts and not whole sentences, the accents are crucial.
Everything must sound smoothly when an entire sentence is combined together.
Since there are more than a couple hundred items that must be recorded, there is no need for individual voice files for each item.
It is possible to bulk together items in each tab as long as there is at least a 1-2 second gap between each recorded item.
I am also requesting that the recordings are done in a background-noise free environment and are saved in high quality WAV. format.
Also, since new makes, models, years, and features come out every year, the voice library will have to be updated accordingly; making this a long term contract.
Once you take a look at the spreadsheet I send you, would you please send me a quote of how much this project would cost and how long it would take for you to finish these voiceovers?
Also, if possible, would you please send me a voice recording of a line from each tab when you send the quote? I would like to know if you are suitable for my needs.

I'm also sending you a link to an example of what I have in mind for the voice library.
The video below is using 13 separate voice files that have been combined together to create one dialogue.
As you can tell from the video, the accents do not allow for a smooth transition from one voice file to the next.
This is why I repeat that accents are crucial for my voice library.

I hope we will be able to work together in the near future. Thank you for your consideration.

Note from Voices.com:This job posting has been reviewed and approved by Voices.com staff. Voices.com recommends that you slate and name your audition file for this job posting to assist the client in selecting an appropriate candidate.

PS: The sample file that is attached is not the compete file for this project. Please make sure that you take a look at the bottom of each tab to find out the total number of actual lines. When you give me a quote, please make sure you have counted the total number of lines instead of providing me with the quote of the sample number of lines. I will send a complete file to the person who is awarded this project.
