“Hello Russ - I just finished up my 6 hour phone marathon, let's see, I had to call you at FNB, First USA, Capital One, Citibank, Bank of America and HSBC NV. Much to my disappointment, the only one to actually approve my application turned out to be my own credit card company, Capital One. Their fraud department will get an earful from me once I am ready to call them back. I was able to successfully kill all those applications, plus had the privilege of paying $100 to Equifax for their 12 month protection plan which should cover all three agencies.

Once the dust settles from all this, I am shutting down my Capital One credit card and switching to FNB of Omaha. I am so outraged by all of this, and most of all that Capital One approved the fraudulent application when they already had ALL of my personal information on file, and didn't even bother to question the different address or mother's maiden name.

Thank you again so much for being diligent and doing a fabulous job, I am ever so grateful that you took the time to make that phone call. My credit has been saved because or you.

I want to thank Bryan for the help on the Omaha Boys & Girls Club benefit, "On the Road". Bryan did a great job in training our FNBO representatives that were processing transactions during the event. The volunteers were very confident after the training and breezed through the evening without having to call customer support.

"On the Road" was very successful.

The wireless terminals worked out great. Bryan trained a group of us on Friday and it was extremely helpful during the event. Although you gave me phone numbers to call, we didn't have to pick up the telephone. Please pass my appreciation on to Bryan and those that work with him.

I am writing to express my thanks to Walt Lahs and Shelby Bell for all of their hard work and dedication this week. There was a miscommunication between CheckFree and Snap Fitness which resulted in CheckFree sending a file that created duplicate transactions within Payfuse. The only way to determine what happened to the transactions was to evaluate them on a one by one basis, there were over 500 transactions in the file. Walt and Shelby were able to help sort through this situation and rectify it in record time.

This is my first experience with FNBO and I am very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness from Walt and Shelby. Walt fielded most of the calls and was always very positive and confident that the problem could be resolved with little further effect on Snap. He helped put everyone's mind at ease and then followed through on everything that he said he would do.

I just wanted you Fred, and any others who may need to know that as a vendor and business partner of FNBO I thank you for how this very difficult situation was handled.

I just received a call from a gentleman customer by the name of Thomas J. McGuire. Mr. McGuire moved his accounts from Wells Fargo to FNB. He needed to go to his safe deposit box and accidentally came to the Tower instead of the main Bank. He is on oxygen 24 hours a day and was quite dismayed to find he was in the wrong location. He told me that Phillipe Sanchez asked if he could help and when Mr. McGuire told him his dilemma, Sanchez found a wheelchair, took him to the main Bank, to his safe deposit box, waited for him and brought him back to the Tower. He was overwhelmed by this courtesy.
He also mentioned that each time he comes to the Bank, Judy Coco recognizes him and takes special care of him and goes the extra mile to see that all of his needs are met. He said she has a heart of gold and that she has a wonderful sense of compassion for people. He reminded me that we are lucky to have her.

It is people like these that make this Bank what it is today, 150 years of great customer service.

Congratulations to Phillipe and Judy! Job well done!!!
