The full project is an audio book, containing 27,000 words, initial draft 78 pages which will probably end up as 55-60 pages.
The project is about leadership, relationships and sales in business.

They have talent for seeing and creating the future.

By galvanising people with a clear vision and strong values, the leaders we studied were able to challenge their teams to achieve significant work goals.

As a result, employees know where they stand with these leaders.
Great leaders arent simply hard charging and highly driven. They also understand the importance of personal relationships.

They consistently had a close relationship with either their manager or someone in the best position to advise them.

These relationships are not the product of formal company-wide programs - not that these arent helpful. These relationships are often with someone outside their organisation who serves as their mentor.
