Job Description

BusinessVoice is an American company that has provided Point-Of-Entry Marketing services since 1989.

We are looking for an authentic male or female English voice talent with a “London accent” to provide long-term WEEKLY updates to a client’s Automated Attendant announcements and MONTHLY updates to their On Hold Messaging. This client is located in London, so please - no imitators. We need the real thing. We are looking for a dignified-but-not-stuffy presentation with a little warmth and a slight smile.

This is a long-term project of at least three years. The approximate talent fee per year would be $2,680 American. As the content is time-sensitive, we will require same-day to next-day turnaround.

The Automated Attendant message would need to be recorded directly into the phone once each week. The script is typically 150 words. The payment for this weekly job is $40 American.

The On Hold Messaging must be recorded in your studio. You will email the final raw voice file to us or upload it to your FTP site. We will add the music. This content is updated once per month, and typically consists of one or two messages of 300 words or less, but may consist of 10 or 12 messages of up to 1,000 words total. (Those longer scripts would be very rare, following the recording of the first script.) The talent fee for the monthly On Hold Messaging is $50 American.
