Job Description

Very important that we get a young voice that sounds natural and laid back with a hint of coolness and pride about his work. Like someone to come off with an honest excitement about his job. "I work here. I love it. You should come work here, too. Here's why" kind of thing.

Should seem just like one of the people on staff (age 21-35). Staffers are very creative, interesting and hip. Envision yourself as a current employee at this business, and you're telling a group of friends about why you like your job. (Avoid at all costs an generic promo read).

--Please read all or part of the script provided for auditioning. We appreciate the time it takes doing so. Having it read greatly helps our client pick the right talent.

Local radio spots in Midwest, USA.

Audience is prospective employees looking for work in software development.

WAV format desired for final files.

Again, read should be very natural, laid back, honest, friendly, welcoming.

Note: Budget is limited to $300 for read of two (2) spots: final 30-second and 60-second commercial.

Timeline: Our plan is to finish casting today, Oct 12. Send off top 5-7 auditions to client for review today. Tweak the script Oct 13. Record the final on Friday Oct 14.
