Job Description

We are going to be putting together some local radio spots for a car dealer.

Just a simple read from an older woman. Little fun read, with some humor and things like that. See the sample script below for more details on this.

Our budget is $100 per spot for these. There will be 3 of them, so it will be $300 total. I look forward to your reads.

FEMALE VO: Remember our friend Lloyd? Small on words, big on actions? Well it’s true, he doesn’t say much…. Unless… you happen to get him talking about his customers! Isn’t that right, Lloyd.

LLOYD: yup.

FEMALE VO: Take recent customer Harold, for example. He just bought a new Jeep from Lloyd and…

LLOYD (INTERUPTING): ‘Ol boy works over there at the Subway. Makes some mighty good sandwiches. I’ll send some of the guys over there for lunch, and we’ll load up on some subs and chips, and if we’re really lucky, Harold will throw in a free cookie every now and again. But you can’t always be expecting something for nothing … (voice fades out)

FEMALE VO: I Think we like the old Lloyd better, but can you blame him? Our Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep customers mean all the world to us. And all the world to Lloyd.

LLOYD: He decided that the Jeep was something he needed. Being in the store all day, Harold wanted to get away from it all, so that 4-wheel drive comes in handy for just such occasions. I remember this one time, he was out hot doggin’ around after a big ol rain … (voice fades out)

FEMALE VO: So much for the man of few words…

Stop by in person at Lloyd Belt Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. Just take Business 54 to North Street and look for the Chrysler Dodge and Jeep signs on North Mill. Or visit us online at lloydbelt.com.
