Job Description

I have three scripts attached. I'd like to have one "announcer" for the first two. However, there are parts for wife, husband, parent, child. And, on the "Back-To-School" script, it can be a male or female but, probably won't cast the same voice as "announcer" role from the other two scripts. Also, will most likely cast a separate voice for the "disclaimer" portion of the script.

It's difficult to budget this with one dollar range, due to the various parts offered in each script. I'm thinking three to five individuals, each receiving a minimum of $100 and possibly up to $250 or more based on the number of parts that one can provide.

This will air on radio exclusively in the Amarillo, TX market.

First script included here; please download attachment for other two scripts.

(clerk) How do you like your new glasses Mrs. Simms?

(30s/40s’ish woman) Well, I think they look good. What do you think?

(overhead announcer-“Attention, price check on register 3 please”)

(30s/40s’ish woman) Hey, weren’t you in lawn and garden last week?

(clerk) Uh, well, yeah…

(annr) There are some bargains at those big ‘ol stores, but optical is our business, Broome Optical, it’s our only business.

Now, our Amarillo location is opening earlier and staying later weekdays and Saturday. That means you can see our professional doctors of optometry on your schedule; get a new pair of glasses or contact lenses the same day you order them. Appointments for eye exams are encouraged but WALK-INS are always welcome at Broome Optical.

Broome Optical, helping folks around here see clearly, look good and protect their vision for nearly 80 years.

Broome Optical on Olsen Blvd; just east of Western Street or google Broome Optical

(annr “disclaimer”)
