Job Description

The Brazilian Olympic and Paralympic Committee is promoting its brand for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic games. Thinking towards accessibility, the Committee decided to produce a track with narration and music to promote the brand. We, at Audio Edition, are selecting two male narrators and two female narrators to send demos of to the Committee for a selection. We would like to send them names and demos — of the text on the right (or, at least, part of it) — by Monday, November 14, 2011. As soon as we hear from Committee, we will inform narrators of their selection or non-selection.
The final text is supposed to be ready on November 17, 2011 and should be between 200-400 words. As soon as Audio Edition gets a copy, it will be send it to the selected narrator. The narrator has to have it produced and sent to us (via internet) by the 18th, since the deadline is a couple of days ahead of that.
The narrator needs to sign a confidentiality agreement with us and a document transferring the rights over the piece to us and the Committee. The piece will be distributed by the Committee.
The Committee briefed us that the narration should be jovial, natural, young, happy upbeat and motivational — but not histrionic and excessive —, and not excessively sober and serious. The resqueted accent is New England (Boston was specifically pointed out).
Payment (US$ 300, negotiable).
