Job Description

The attached script is the complete script for the auto attendant. We are a technology service provider so I would like the voice to sound modern and crisp.

For the final recording, I would like to receive a separate recording file for each alphabetical ordered list (as noted in the attached script).

I think I would also like to have some background music while the script is being read, so please let me know if you are able to provide this.

Hello and thank you for calling Design Red, your Business Technology Partners. You have reached us outside of our regular business hours, of eight ‘am’ to six ‘pm’ Monday through Friday. If you know the extension of the person you wish to contact, please enter it now. For Technical support, press 1. For sales, press 2. For customer Service, press 3. For accounting, press 4. For our location and hours of operation, press 5. If you know the first or last name of the person you wish to contact, press 9. For all other inquires, press 0. To repeat these options, press * (star).

We are located at five zero five zero Biscayne boulevard, suite two zero three, in Miami, Florida three-three-one-three-seven. Our hours of operation are from nine ‘am’ to six ‘pm’ Monday through Friday. We also offer after hours support, on an on-call basis.
