Job Description

What advice would you offer our new senior managers as emerging leaders of Deloitte?

How can our new senior managers become leaders that others will follow?

How would you characterize your Deloitte Client Experience?

How do you define the Deloitte culture?

What does it take to succeed at Deloitte?

Take the positive view.
Take care with the daily interactions you have with clients and your own people. You have control over those, and if well managed, they can have a very positive effect on your career.

Embrace the opportunities of change.
Get comfortable with change and look for the silver lining in all challenges. Doing so will put you at least one step ahead of others.

Be confident and trustworthy.
Remember that trust is earned over a period of time, but can be lost in a fleeting moment. Have the confidence in your abilities to admit mistakes when necessary, and you will get the support of those who trust you.

Make a difference.
Research shows that you have more influence on those reporting directly to you than anyone else in your organization. Use that power responsibly to make a difference in the lives and careers of those individuals.

Establish your personal brand.
Take the time to really think about who you are and how you want to be perceived by others. Go after the outcome you desire and be proud of who you are, thereby enhancing your contributions to Deloitte Tax as well.

Live the story you want to tell.
