Job Description

NevoSoft is looking for one voice actor to do three minor female roles in a game that was released a few years back but these parts are being redone. The game is called Annabel.

The scripts are attached in one word doc. We’re looking for good acting (not overacting, not dull, not forced or like you are reading from the page). It can be SLIGHTLY exaggerated but not very cartoonish. I’d say animated. But not cartoon.

Smart girl can be a bit perky. In love girl.. well, she’s in love. The crying girl ... please, try not to go crazy with wailing and all. Imagine the initial pain is over and now you’re basically sniffling, sobbing, etc. Age of all 3 women is say 20 to 30 years old. They are Egyptian harem girls but do NOT use an accent. If you do, you will not be hired. These must be American English only. No British, Aussie, etc.

Not looking for loud, maximized auditions either. Looking for CLEAR sounding auditions. Back off the mic to about 10 to 12 inches. If you have a lot of room echo because of that, that will inhibit your chances, unfortunately.

PLEASE, do not audition more than 2 lines per character. If 100 people apply, that’s 600 lines to review (assuming I get that far). Even though these are very minor parts, I’m looking for good acting, clear recording, someone who can sound slightly DIFFERENT for each girl and a price between $100 and $150 as the total lines is only 25.

I’m also attaching the character sheet (if the site allows mult attachments).

Do a google search if you want to see pics/vids/reviews of the game.

Good luck and thanks in advance to all those who apply but do not get selected. I’ve been doing vo for 4 or 5 years now and know how frustrating auditioning 100 times and landing 1 job is. So, my thanks in advance.

Final files should be 48KHz 16 bit mono wav. 44.1 is okay but I prefer 48. Files must be split and named as well.

Tim
