Job Description

Sonoran Visual Media Voice audition.

Project name: Omni-World Video

Style: The voiceover of the CEO should have confidence and authority. They need to speak slowly, as they are talking in confidence. They are reflective, pondering ideas and discussing the concerns of the company. They should still sound older, experienced and wiser. This is a person that we are listening to their conversation, so it’s not a whisper but one should sense it is a private high-level discussion with an associate.

The following is the copy for the full script of the project. If you choose to provide a custom audition, the first two paragraphs would be great.

Thanks,
Jeff

“We’ve got a great team Kathy—committed, smart…but still, there’s something missing."

"You just saw me agree to spend millions of dollars on our new campaign solely based on the team’s internal analyses…and you know… of course I trust you, and I would certainly never say this to anyone else…, but I don't have a high level of confidence that we really know everything about why this campaign is best for our business."

“I wish I had a higher level of confidence in our analyses, and we could use all of the data we collect when we are making decisions.”

”We’ve worked together since this company was founded and we’ve made some good decisions for Omni, in fact we’ve made some great decisions.”

“But I have a nagging suspicion that even though we’ve spent a fortune collecting marketing surveys, customer data, loyalty program statistics, financials and reviewed product reports—our analyses ONLY tell us where we have been successful in the past! All of this historical data doesn’t tell us what we should be doing in the future. We have no clear picture of really how to improve and do things differently, better, more efficiently.”

“Kathy, does any of this analysis tell us where we really should be focusing our efforts in marketing, production, operations or customer service over the next 1 to 3 years? The questions I keep asking myself are does this help us reach the maximum profit potential from our market as we look to the future? Are we seizing every opportunity? We may be driving revenues, but are we doing it profitably? I need more confidence that the data supports this decision and all future decisions we make to better our business!!”
