Job Description

ServiceDesk Plus is a help desk product, and we are coming up with 3 minute video tutorials to educate our customers on how to configure and use the product.

We would prefer the audio file format in .wav

The script in brief:
This video tutorial will walk you through the features in the Self Service Portal.

The Self Service Portal is a simple and easy way to submit your requests without contacting the help desk team. Apart from tracking the progress of your existing requests, you can also view the company-wide announcements and access the knowledge base articles.

The knowledge base articles are solutions to some of the most common problems provided by your help desk team. So instead of raising a request for a regular problem, the knowledge base articles help you can resolve the problem by yourself. You can also browse solutions by topics and search for solutions using keywords.

If you have not found a solution to your problem, then you can submit your request. Submitting your request is simple and instant. You can either access the templates from the Request Catalog drop down menu, or just click Submit your request link. But in this video, we’ll show you how to submit your request from the Requests module.
