Hello,

We are looking for a professional voice talent to record an IVR for the new The Rush Visa® Card service. Here is a brief background about RushCard.

UniRush Financial Services has a relationship with over 3 million individuals, providing financial service solutions that meet a wide range of needs. With over 20 years of experience, we focus on developing easy to use, practical tools that benefit individuals and corporations.

Please submit your quote and a brief recording of the script below. Provide sample recordings in MP3 format. We will require master recordings in WAV format.

RushCard Customer Service Hold Script

At call start when in queue:
“Please stay on the line and an agent will be with you shortly. We appreciate your membership and are working hard to develop new RushCard benefits to better serve you.” (10 sec)

Delay: 20 sec

After 30 seconds of hold time:
“All RushCard Member Services agents are currently assisting other customers. Please remain on the line, and we will answer your call in the order it was received. * Did you know that money grows on trees? It does when you are a RushCard Member! From now until June 30, 2005, RushCard will give you $10 for each friend you successfully refer. How many friends do you have? Ask a Member Services agent for details.” (24 sec)

Delay: 36 sec

After 90 seconds of hold time:
“Your call is very important to us. As a result of increased call volume we are experiencing longer than usual wait times.” (7 sec)

Delay: 23 sec

After 120 seconds of hold time:
“Did you know that you can manage your account online? Our website offers a convenient and flexible way to manage your Rush Visa Card account 24 hours a day. Simply log on to rushcard.com with your 16-digit account number anytime, day or night. * Please stay on the line and an agent will be with you shortly.” (20 sec)

Delay: 30 sec




After 170 seconds of hold time:
“Thank you for continuing to hold. Due to increased call volume it is taking longer than usual to answer your call. Please stay on the line and we will be with you as soon as possible.” (10 sec)

After 210 seconds of hold time:
“Did you know that your Rush Visa Card is like having a personal accountant at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? If you need to pay a bill but don’t have time, call a Member Services agent and we will process and mail a check to the designated party. When using this service, you will be charged a $1.00 fee.” (20 sec)

Delay: 30 sec

After 240 seconds of hold time, and every 45 seconds thereafter:
“We apologize for the delay in answering your call. Your business is very important to us and we look forward to assisting you. Please continue to wait on the line, and we will answer your call in the order it was received.” (11 sec)

RushCard New Card Applications Hold Script

At start of call when in queue:
“Thank you for calling to apply for a Rush Visa Card. Did you know that you can apply online? Just go to rushcard.com and click on the card style you like best. Otherwise, stay on the line and we will assist you shortly.” (10 sec)

After 30 seconds of hold time:
“The Rush Visa Card is a pre-paid debit card – meaning the funds you load onto the Card are the funds you have to spend. Use your RushCard anywhere Visa is accepted, and to pay bills, shop on-line, eliminate check cashing fees, get cash at over 800,000 worldwide ATMs, and much, much more. A low, one-time $19.95 activation fee will apply before you can use your card for the first time.”

After 60 seconds of hold time:
“Your call is very important to us. As a result of increased call volume we are experiencing longer than usual wait times in answering your call. Please stay on the line and an agent will be with you shortly.”

After 90 seconds of holding and every 45 seconds thereafter:
