Job Description

Urgent. We need a female voice for a training module to be delivered on CD and on the internet.
The voice needs to be professional and interesting, to keep the interest of the trainees.
The job should be delivered today.
Budget is $500. A sample of the script follows.

The key customer needs you need to address are:
SPEED: Process transactions and respond to inquiries in a fast and accurate way
RELIABILITY: Have cash available and process transactions without errors
SIMPLICITY: make our process simple to our customer
CARE: show our customers that they come first
SAFETY: protect our customers' privacy
CONVENIENCE: provide a comfortable, clean and organized location, open when and where it will best serve our customers.
The program scope is to serve the customer from the moment she arrives to the moment she completes her transaction
The five key factors are:
FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER: putting our customer first
COMMIT TO THE PLAN: ask your supervisor what you can do to show your commitment to the customer first action plan
STRIVE TO IMPROVE: do your part in every interaction with the customer
MEASURE THE RESULTS: twice a year your office will participate in a secret shopper audit known as the POS audit program. Strive to always be prepared for that audit.
REWARD THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: once your office is running a customer first location, you will be invited to participate in the Western Union Ambassadors’ reward program.
