Job Description

The VO should be in the styles of 50's government educational Voice Overs like 'Reefer Madness' or for an example check out this video:
http://www.archive.org/details/ShyGuy1947
(fast forward to about 25 seconds into it).

This VO will be used for a independently produced documentary about summer sports camp. The visuals in your scene is black and white footage of kids having fun at camp. It is mocking that educational-50's-video style. However, I'd like you to play it for reality, not comedy. in other words, don't make fun of that VO, be that VO. But also have fun with it. A lot of the footage is of kids laughing and playing and having fun.

Thanks a lot, i put my budget up to $250 but will pay more if it's really good.

SCRIPT

Ahh yes, summer camp. For countless lucky children across the country, this timeless American tradition gives them the opportunity to blossom into young adults. Here, away from the constraints of home, they are encouraged to create a life of their own, and experience things they otherwise never would. Like these young boys, sure it’s hot, but look how they take advantage of the camp lake. Here’s Kevin and and BILL enjoying a soda-pop courtesy of the camp’s cantenn. There’s Dick throwing horseshoes. At camp you are free to discuss topics you could never discuss at home. Bare back horse back riding, over-night camp outs and inter-camp socials, it just doesn’t get any better than this.
