Fee: 3 cents per word ($201)
Word Count: 6,700

Story takes place in the Middle-Ages

Edwyn, is the fair fourteen-year old son of Athelstan, the Ealdorman of Gloucestershire

Wulfred, is the dark-haired fourteen-year old son of Bethal the Game Keeper.

Please record and submit the script:

WULFRED: Hold! Who goes there?

STORYTELLER: Edwyn stopped in his tracks when he saw the strange boy who was dressed in leather and green woolens, and then he stammered --

EDWYN: Who goes...? Why it is me, Edwyn. Do you not know me?

WULFRED: Can’t say that I do. Are you a poacher or a thief?

STORYTELLER: Young Edwyn blinked his big blue eyes and blushed at the strange boy while hot blood came into his cheeks and his voice broke.

EDWYN: I am not either one! My Father is Athelstan, the Ealdorman of Gloucestershire!

WULFRED: Ha! That’s a good story, but I have seen our noble Ealdorman a time or two. He’s a tall broad-shouldered man who always goes about dressed in very fine clothes, but you young sir look like a skinny shoat who has been left out in the wood too long.

EDWYN: I am not a pig! Please, you have to believe me. I am very tired, and I am hurt and I am awfully hungry.

WULFRED: Come here.
