Job Description

I am doing a 30 minute Christmas Cartoon. It is based on a series of three books with a central character Elf Sparkle. I am looking for the voice of Elf Sparkle as well as the voice of Dasher. This will be an independent film.

Budget is per character.

In your proposal please indicate which character you are auditioning for. If you are able to do both characters please provide a sample for each voice.

Story Premise: Elf Sparkle continues her adventures with a trial flight with Santa. Together they become stuck in the mud at Horseshoe Pond. A giant horse named Christmas comes to the rescue.

Please find a portion of the script below for audition purposes. Full script available in attachment.

ELF SPARKLE: “The sleigh is ready for a test run, Santa. Who would you like to pull the sleigh tonight?”

ELF SPARKLE: “Look, it’s the Cuyahoga Valley National Park! Maybe we can find somewhere to stop while the storm passes!”

ELF SPARKLE: “Wait, I have an idea”.

ELF SPARKLE: “Would you blow on the Magic Dust, Santa?”

ELF SPARKLE: “There’s nothing like Magic Dust to help out in unexpected situations. I really need to fill my jar up when we get back… I think our wonderful shelter used up the last of it.

DASHER: “Thank you Santa. We would love to.”

DASHER: Have you heard any weather reports for tonight in the Northern Hemisphere?

DASHER: “To the Cuyahoga Valley tonight, Santa?”

DASHER: “My friend Christmas the horse lives here at Horseshoe Pond.”

DASHER: “Hey there Christmas. I didn’t think I would see you today. How are your mom and sister?”

DASHER: “I have missed you too Christmas.”
