New Note as of May 7Our per hour budget is $50 to $60. Please provide your hourly rate in the quote field.

We are a small, professional, independent publisher of a book on a business model for the escort industry. This is sold through our website and other book purchasing sites.

We will be using recordings for 3 to 5, 10 minute Podcasts as well as audio for our website. Think about what Larry King or Barbara Walters do, this is what we're looking for.

WHAT WE NEED

You will be the interviewer, asking us questions on how the book was developed and other business type questions, we will be the interviewee.

Each segment would be 1-2 hours, and if you do well, we will call upon you for any future interviews that are needed.

All of the questions will be about business, nothing will be of an mature or degrading nature.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

We will only accept bids from individuals that possess the following job-related qualifications:

• You have interviewed before, or feel that you could do this if given the chance.
• You have a warm and pleasant yet somewhat exciting voice that gets people interested.
• You have the skill to pull information out of the expert, especially when they say something that can be expanded on. (all questions are provided in advance)
• You are able to help with organizing the set of questions.
• If you know about podcasting, that's an asset.


Additionally, in order for us to consider your bid, you must meet the following requirements:

• The intellect to understand that although we publish a book that serves to educate on how to establish an adult industry related business, it does not diminish our level of professionalism, nor our ability to run an effective, profitable business, and treat contractors, vendors, etc. with respect.
• Be detail-oriented and confident in making suggestions when you see that something may be improved.
• Demonstrate strong ethics and a solid personal commitment to your responsibilities.
• The desire to work in a friendly, down to earth, virtual workplace that applauds innovation and common sense.

Please include the following in your bid:

• The keywords I'm your new interviewer in the heading of your bid.
• Your best “small business” hourly rate. We are on a tight budget.
• A description of your abilities as they relate to our needs, without an accompanying resume, as we award contracts based on the ability for a person/company to sell his/her skills without the structure of a resume. It is your responsibility to sell yourself, please don’t assume that we will assume details about you.
• An audio clip(s) of your voice so we can hear you speaking. We want to hear something natural and conversational sounding.
