Job Description

This script is a 3-part module...Introduction, Sales 101 and Sales 102. I will be using the same narrator for all 3 and would like it priced for all 3 together. I am looking to have 101 recorded first, then 102 recorded thereafter and Intro after that.

These modules are part of a 6-module series on Sales for hotels. Owners, General Managers and Sales Managers will be watching these modules on our LMS.

In the script, each screen is divided out - I need each screen to be its own high quality .mp3 or .wav file. Please have the files edited so I can simply drop the files into the program for each screen. There is no need to say the screen number in the file - as long as it has the screen name for the file name, that is great! 101 has approximately 45 screens, 102 has 35 and Intro has approximately 16.

You will also notice that some screens have colored text - you do not need to read those - others will be recording those to portray guests and general managers.

The scripts are 100% finalized and approved.

This narration needs to sound confident, yet energetic and professional. The use of inflections is key in certain areas as well. On some screen there are notes for pronunciation...

Here is the word count for each module:
Intro: 3,000 Words
Sales 101: 8,500 words
Sales 102: 7,300 words

Only 101 is attached now, I will email 102 and Intro when they are approved by the regional offices.

Thank you!!
