Job Description

I have a client for a local hospice wanting to produce a 30 second radio spot. She is bringing me actual testimonials and wants a radio spot based on those....I will provide the script in a few days after we discuss the details. My question is cost of a dry read vs cost of a more produced spot with music bed, etc. It will air in the Mississippi Delta Region. Please email back any questions or anything that I have not included for you to make an informed response. Thanks in advance....

THE SCRIPT!

"When Mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness, so many questions went through my mind. We didn't know what to do. Fortunately, we called Community Hospice Care and they had the answers. They not only came into our home, but into our family. Nurses, social workers, pastors and others were there not only for Mom, but all of us. Community Hospice Care helped us all through a very difficult time. I can't thank them enough for their support. They will always be a part of our family."

This script is from the viewpoint of a sibling, BUT we are contemplating another spot that is a dialogue between two girl friends who meet for coffee and discuss the needs of one girl and her mom who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. This would probably have to be a 60 sec spot I suspect. It would be more conversational and laid back I would think.

The client only had 4 points that they wanted emphasized...(1) how the staff becomes part of the family (2) how hospice helps both the patient and the family (3) available 24 / 7 (4) and nurses take time to really take care of the patient

Any suggestions on this one?
