Job Description

I am looking for voice over work for my phone system, as well as a long term relationship with someone who can provide voice overs for virtual tours in a timely manner.

Current project is the phone system. I have two - two page scripts that I need read. (See attached script). This is an informational hot line for home owners to call in and learn how to prepare the house for a virtual tour.

Other script is for information on why one would want to buy a virtual tour.

Please find a portion of the script below for audition purposes. Full script available in attachment.

Thank you for calling the Top Hat Video virtual tour readiness message. To assist you in your preparation for your virtual tour we have put together a list of items which will help the virtual tour process go smoothly. Be sure to have a pen and paper handy.

Upon arrival, one of our professional photographers will begin photographing the inside of the property. By “photographing” I mean taking both panoramic and still shots. We will then photograph the outside of the property. We will also take panoramas and still shots of outdoor amenities including large backyards, pools and oversized sheds or workshops.

If you would prefer not to have a panorama of a certain room, please let the
photographer know upon arrival, otherwise we highly recommend that all rooms be included in your tour. Once your photographer has arrived, it is too late to move objects out of the way. Please feel free to place boxes and excess belongings in your garage before the virtual tour appointment. Unless you have custom cabinets or some other unique feature of the garage that you would like to showcase, we will not photograph it.

So, this is a safe place to hide items out of the way during your virtual tour.
The average size property of about 2000 square feet will take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to complete the shoot, depending on the complexity of your home. Larger homes will take longer. Because our panoramic views are 360°, you may stand in another room or outside while we complete the indoor panoramas.
