Job Description

Long Run Productions is creating a ski and snowboard safety video for kids.

We need a youthful, cool, friendly, athletic voice for the narration.
The video is 18 minutes long, but only about 5 minutes of narration is needed. The script is still being polished.

The narrator should sound like an expert rider, 17-18 years old, and will be delivering safety messages, so not too much attitude.

Thanks
Jim Budge

Sample Script follows:

Alot of people ski & snowboard every winter. These cold weather activities, which can be fun, also result in many injuries each year. By learning with a qualified instructor and always under adult supervision, you can help reduce the risk of injury. Here are some Safety Tips you can use.

Take lessons from a qualified instructor. You'll improve the most when you receive expert guidance. The instructor will teach you how to fall correctly and safely.

Don't start jumps until you've had proper instruction on how to jump and have some experience. Jumps are the most common cause of snowboard injuries.

Be sure that you have proper equipment and that your equipment is in good condition. Have your bindings adjusted correctly at a local ski shop. (Extra tip for snowboarders: wrist guards and knee pads can help protect you when you fall.)
