June 20 - Client has requested early closure of his project due to the overwhelming response he's received already. Thank you

We are building a book on tape course and we are looking at using a voice over talent for the book. We are in IT so there are some words that are industry specific to technology. The project would be reading a 250 page book. I would estimate 7 to 10 hours of audio content. I provided a sample doc of the type of content that would need to be read.

Executive Summary

Solution providers are excited about managed services for a lot of reasons. Increased efficiency and recurring revenue continue to be driving factors that solution providers anticipate will lead to greater profitability.

Choosing a managed service partner to provide solutions or assist with the transition is a difficult endeavor. Further complicating this challenge is the fact that there are a number of emerging trends that are impacting the managed services market.

The state of the managed services market is being impacted by several trends that should be considered by technology solution providers seeking managed service partners. Solution providers are putting more emphasis on creating a comprehensive set of solutions they can easily delivery to their customers. As such, an increased emphasis is being placed on incident management with a managed help desk and network operations center (NOC).

This structure is designed to augment the solution providers current capabilities. Solution providers are also concerned about aligning with a Managed Service Partner that may compete with them directly as more manufactures, retailers and distributors continue to enter the rapidly expanding managed service marketplace with end-user facing solutions.
