Job Description

We currently have two projects in the works. A historical romance trailer set in the late 1800s after the Civil War (Think Cold Mountain), and an epic pirate fantasy trailer set in an imaginary world with a European flavor (Think Pirates of the Carribbean or Lord of the Rings).

We're looking for a very versatile female voiceover talent who can provide audio clips for several different characters.

An early 30's aged US female voiceover from the Civil War time period with a strong, warm, sparkling voice (think a young Jane Seymore)

An early 20's aged British female voiceover with a soft but strong voice (think Kate Winslet)

An early 30's aged Asian female voiceover with a sultry, venomous voice (think Angelina Jolie as an assassin with a Mongolian accent)

We have a full script for the 1800s historical (see below), and a few brief lines for the pirate fantasy.

>>(Historical Romance)

One shot. That’s all my employer at the Washington Chronicle needs.

Just one shot to reach my dream. One shot to prove I should be the first female photographer the newspaper’s ever had.

One shot to prove I can be more than my Father believes I am.

I’ve captured images of eagle’s nests, and waterfalls, and mountains, but nothing perfect. Until now.

This is the photograph I dreamed of. No one will ever get another shot like this.

Now all I have to do is…

Woman's surprised gasp (We need an actual gasp, please don't read this line itself as part of your voiceover:)

>>(Pirate Fantasy)
Kate Winslet-style lines:

Packer, take me with you. Don’t leave me here.

If I’ve become an outlaw, it’s because I’m searching for the man I love. I intend to find him. I’ll let no one stop me.

Angelina Jolie-Mongolian-style lines:

Your life is mine, stowaway. You belong to me.

Trust him at your greatest peril.

Ideally, we're looking for one voiceover talent to help us with the recordings for both projects.

We'd like to hear a brief audition for each of the three female voiceover styles, so if you could, please send us a demo with the first few lines from both scripts.

Please also send us a time and cost estimate for completion of all three voiceovers!
